CBSE works together with IBM to coordinate AI in High School Curriculum of 2020-2021
On sixteenth July 2020, The Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE), declared coordination of Artificial Intelligence(AI) in the secondary school educational program for the 2020-2021 scholastic year. The educational plan was created in a joint effort with IBM (International Business Machines Corporation).
CBSE-IBM AI educational plan:
I. The IBM AI educational plan is a piece of CBSE’s Social Empowerment through Work Education and Action (SEWA) program.
ii.This will be propelled in around 200 schools across Delhi-NCR, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Orissa, Kerala, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Punjab (13 conditions of India).
- The IBM AI educational program as a team with CBSE was propelled in September 209.
- The Principal direction and instructional course for instructors were led following the dispatch in September 2019 and June 2020.
- The AI educational program was co-created by Macquarie University of Australia and Learning Links Foundation and 1M1B of India to satisfy the necessities of CBSE.
The structure of IBM AI educational program:
The structure of the educational plan comprises base strands of information on rudiments, history, and applications. Abilities in configuration thinking, computational reasoning, information familiarity, and basic reasoning
Qualities in one-sided and moral dynamics.
The AI educational program is made hearty with issue-based learning and evaluation strategies to consolidate the establishment abilities of AI in understudies.
