First online NISHTHA program propelled for 1200 Key Resources Persons of Andhra Pradesh by MHRD
Association HRD (Human Resource Development) Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank and Minister of State (MoS) for HRD Sanjay Dhotre have together propelled the primary online National Initiative for School Heads and Teachers Holistic Advancement (NISHTHA) program for 1,200 secret weapons people (KRPs) of Andhra Pradesh (AP), essentially from New Delhi.
It is to be noticed that, initially NISHTHA was propelled in up close and personal mode in August 2019, yet COVID-19 pandemic lockdown has influenced the lead of this program, subsequently, NCERT (National Council of Educational Research and Training) has altered NISHTHA for an online mode through the DIKSHA and NISHTHA entries.
NISHTHA is sorted out at the basic stage under Samagra Shiksha, a Centrally supported lead program of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) to improve learning results and all-encompassing advancement of kids

In 29 states/association domains (UTs) the NCERT finished the NISHTHA preparing at state level.
