OnePlus New Smart TV to be unveiled soon, to be named OnePlus TV
For last one year, the admirers of Chinese Smartphone giant OnePlus were put on toes. They were bullish about the launch of its flagship product—a Smart TV– at par with archrival Xiaomi. The news of OnePlus jumping into the burgeoning Smart TV market is again doing the round. But this time around, the possible launch has been confirmed by the company itself.
The new-fangled smart TV will not be having some fancy name rather it will be simply called OnePlus TV, the name which was ideated initially during last year. It is to be noted that the company had requested its followers to give a title to the TV last year, but apparently, the company focused on its own conceptualized term.
The company hasn’t provided a definite launch date, nevertheless, a new report published that it could take place somewhere in the month of September. Specifically, it could launch the product by the last week of September, more so on the 26th. Many digital platforms have given a thumbs up to the report.
The TV range is more likely to comprise four sizes that consist of 43-inches, 55-inches, 65-inches, and 75-inches. OnePlus is anticipated to introduce its smart TV range at the outset in three big countries with enormous market — the US, India, and China. The TV range is expected to feature Bluetooth 5.0 along with a “unique Android TV experience.” The tech experts are expecting that OnePlus will deliver 4K resolution and HDR support also apart from the features discussed earlier.
Not only this, the company put to use a particular method to design the logo of the TV. “Inspired by classic geometric progression, which can be seen from so many classic art forms, such as the ancient Hindu symbol, the mandala, and the famous ancient Greek temple, Heraion of Argos. And looking closer, you can tell that we’ve used the same thickness for both logo and the letters to ensure aesthetics of symmetry and unity”, said one of the sources of the company.
Let’s wait for the last week of September. The festive season is going to bring some good news.
