Samsung’s Second Foldable Smartphone With $2,000 Price Tag to Come Soon
The second version of the Samsung foldable smartphone with a price tag of $2000 is arriving soon. A doubtful thought comes along with whether some of the consumers will be able to afford this finer thing in life during such tough times.
When the phone is folded, it looks like most other phones but when its interior of 7.6-inch screen is opened up along its side hinges, it completely gets transformed into the equivalent of a mini-tablet. It definitely looks like a luxury device.
Samsung provided a glimpse of the Z Fold2 last month along with unveiling other new phones that are with a cost of at least USD 1,000. Anybody who is eager to pay the Z Folds2’s lofty price is allowed to place an online order beginning Wednesday. It will be available in the stores on September 18.
The Z Fold2 gives a slight jump on Apple’s next coming up the wave of iPhones that are expected to be released in the month of October, a few weeks later than the usual due to the supply problems that are remaining from overseas factories that shut down during the early stages of the pandemic.
The new phone will be equipped with the technology of new ultrafast wireless networks known as 5G.
In addition, to reach out to all ends of the market, Samsung also introduced a phone with 5G, the Galaxy A51, that is with a USD 500 price.
