According to Siddhartha Khemka, Head of Retail Research at Motilal Oswal, global sentiments have been affected by the sharp rise in Brent crude prices and US 10-year bond yields, which continue to hover above 4.5%, reaching 16-year highs. Concerns about the possibility of higher interest rates persisting for an extended period have also contributed to global market uncertainties.
