Gemini’s latest update revealed in the race against ChatGPT
The tech world has evolved at an unimaginable level since the introduction of Artificial Intelligence(AI). When OpenAI came to play with ChatGPT, the world made many speculations about what would the future of technology and what is its potential. Google Gemini was released in the past six months by the world’s biggest search engine Google in view of ChatGPT’s increasing popularity. Day by day Google tech team is improving Gemini to make it the most sophisticated AI tool capable of doing everything that the human mind can do. Again this innovation by Google is making headlines based on its constant updation of AI chatbots. Let’s find out what could be done with the help of Google Gemini’s latest update:
AI Chatbot Imagen 3
This is Google’s latest text-to-image language model that has been infused into Gemini’s features under the name Imagen 3. Though Gemini is quite smart to create images from scratch based on good prompts, this addition would improve its capabilities for sure. As per a report shared by Android Authority claimed that Gemini would be now able to generate images as per the user’s most preferred resolution. It further added that when Gemini’s version 15.41.34.29 beta’s teardown happened, Google was able to activate an in-process feature that was capable of resizing the generated image as per the rations like 16:9, 4:3, and 3:4. This diversity and ability is quite effective for those who rely on AI-generated images for posting on social media. This would save lots of time and resources in post-creation.
What is more to this update?
To understand how Gemini’s image generation happened, let’s take a tour. Gemini never crops the output image but it resizes the original photo while adding more details to the picture. This feature resembles Adobe’s Generative fill feature. Hence, the user would be able to shrink down the subject and fill up the space surrounding the subject.
Image editing tool
In recent events, Google claimed to be testing a new feature on its Geming Chatbot that allowed users to select any area of any image that it generated which could be edited easily. This editing aid would further be supported with the launch of an image editing tool in the chat itself on Gemini. There are some speculations about the launch of aspect ratio options. Hence, to be able to use these facilities, we might have to wait a while to get clarity on using AI-generated pictures as our laptop/ desktop wallpapers!!
Gemini Live
Moreover, Google is all set to release Gemini Live for the users. This is done in the face of ChatGPT’s advanced voice mode that enables users to better engage with the AI chatbot and utilize better features. Worth saying that Gemini is being improved to become the sole competitor for ChatGPT in the market, challenging OpenAI’s monopoly.
