This challenge inspired them to create the Management Study Guide website, aimed at providing in-depth articles on management, soft skills, communication, and leadership, covering both theoretical and practical aspects.

As the blog gained traction and traffic increased, they expanded their offerings. In 2012, they launched a premium version of the site, introducing PowerPoint presentations and short courses. This premium section operates on a subscription model, allowing users access to a variety of courses.

To support this growth, they hired a team to develop and continuously update the course content. Today, the platform boasts around 300,000 registered members worldwide. The founders remain responsive to user feedback, regularly updating existing courses and creating new ones based on the requests from their extensive user base.

This commitment to continuous improvement has been a key factor in the company’s sustained success and global reach. Most importantly, they are extremely proud to have bagged ISO-2001- 90001-2015 certified Management Course Provider.

When asked to share the primary vision of his brainchild, he simply said that they wish to make management concepts easier to grasp. The whole effort is to make them easily accessible and understandable for learners.

Their self-learning courses provide both theoretical knowledge and practical applications through real-life scenarios and animations. This approach helps students and professionals worldwide grasp basic and advanced management concepts, soft skills, and related topics.

The courses offer just-in-time learning. It allows users to gain management skills at a faster pace with easy comprehension of concepts. Nowadays, the website has been attracting approximately 1 million visitors per month on average. Moreover, with the launch of the premium section in 2012, the platform has accumulated 300,000 registered members in the last 12 years. Members receive access to nine key courses upon registration and can purchase a subscription plan for additional courses.

The company’s courses are also listed on platforms like Udemy, Skill Success, and several African and Asian educational websites. In addition to these platforms, the company offers its courses directly through its own site, ensuring broad reach and accessibility for learners worldwide.

About the team’s dedication

The company performs efficiently with a small yet highly talented team. The working environment emphasizes both technical knowledge in instructional design and academic expertise. As content creation is hard and challenging, the company employs freelancers on a project basis, particularly for the academic components.

The in-house team consists of four to five members who serve as instructional designers and content creators. Initially, the co-founder was heavily involved in creating and writing content on various management-related topics, including HR and strategic management. Over time, the company began hiring both freelancers and full-time trainers.

Himanshu’s team of five full-time employees and several freelancers who have been with the company for 12 to 14 years knows how to create impactful content. These team members are highly self-motivated, require minimal supervision, and have consistently contributed to the company’s success.

The brand is flourishing within a gig economy model, bringing in additional experts on a project basis as needed. This selective and skilled team of subject matter experts has been instrumental in the company’s sustained growth and excellence. To support their growth, they keep hiring a team to develop and update course content frequently.

The founders are proactively responsive to user feedback. They are regularly updating existing courses and assembling new ones based on requests from their ample user base. In turn, their pledge to continuous improvement became a major factor in the company’s sustained success and global reach making ripples.

The futuristic roadmap

As mentioned, in the next five to six years, the company aims to address fluctuations in Google search algorithms and search engine rankings by continuously adding new courses. Over the past 10 to 12 years, the company has accumulated 300,000 users, a substantial number, and maintains constant communication with them. This engagement allows the company to identify areas where users face challenges and create relevant courses to meet those needs.

Himanshu asserts that they are well aware of the content demands and plan to stay occupied in catering to those needs for the next few years. He says that in this regard, he and his team would seek professionals, trainers, and faculty members from various countries.

The company gains valuable insights into the topics that require more focus. While the user base includes individuals from India, it also spans the US, UK, and other English-speaking countries. In addition to this, there is growing interest from French and Spanish-speaking regions, prompting plans to translate content into different languages. This will ensure that their educational material is accessible to a broader audience at a global scale.
