Pratik Ghoda, a Chartered Accountant (C.A.) certified by the I.C.A.I. in May 2006, is a distinguished professional whose career trajectory stands as a beacon of excellence in the realms of finance, business analysis, and valuation. With over 14 years of experience in prestigious organizations such as Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Sterlite Technologies Ltd (Vedanta), Otsuka Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd, and Baxter Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd, Pratik has honed his expertise in financial management and business operations, from the ground up.
From his early days as a trainee to his role as Vice President of Finance, Pratik’s unique blend of business acumen and financial expertise allowed him to not only navigate complex corporate landscapes but also lead with strategic foresight. His deep understanding of business processes, coupled with his passion for value creation, spurred him to step into the entrepreneurial world. In August 2020, he founded Bee Base Pvt Ltd, a company rooted in his belief that India’s ultimate “culture” lies in its agriculture.
Bee Base, under Pratik’s leadership, has innovatively leveraged the power of apiculture to support agricultural growth. The company aims to increase crop yields through pollination, enhance the income of farmers, and promote the sustainability of honeybees—an essential pillar of the agricultural ecosystem. Bee Base not only produces raw honey but also manufactures flora-based flavored honey, bee wax, venom, and plant-based pollen, which is a natural protein.
Through the concept of “Pollination Contracting,” Bee Base is making a significant impact in the agricultural sector, and its contribution to the “Sweet Revolution” is gaining momentum. Pratik’s efforts have not gone unnoticed.
