According to preliminary reports, the movie’s earnings matched trade estimates of a net collection of between Rs 38 and Rs 40 crores. Total net collections for “Dhurandhar”
By the end of its third weekend, the movie had earned over Rs 550 crores, and it currently stands at an estimated Rs 555 crores, making it the second-biggest Hindi net grosser of the year.
The Ranveer Singh-led spy action thriller is on track to secure the top position at the box office, set to overtake Chhaava, which previously held a total domestic collection of ₹585 crore.
Dhurandhar Week 3 Gross Collections
According to Sacnilk, Dhurandhar delivered a strong performance in its third weekend, earning an impressive ₹45.90 crore gross on Sunday. This followed collections of approximately ₹27 crore on Friday and ₹41.10 crore on Saturday. With these numbers, the film’s Week 3 gross collection has surged to an estimated ₹114 crore so far.
The film’s overall gross collection has now climbed to a remarkable ₹666.75 crore.
Dhurandhar Occupancy Report
Occupancy trends further underline the film’s exceptional theatrical run. On Sunday, Dhurandhar recorded an overall occupancy of 62.73%, with morning shows registering a solid 42.54%. The strongest momentum was seen during afternoon and evening shows, which witnessed peak occupancy levels ranging between 76.92% and 79.54%.
Dhurandhar International Box Office
Internationally, Dhurandhar continues to perform strongly, amassing overseas collections of ₹170 crore. Of this, an estimated ₹76 crore has come from the North American markets alone.
Since its release, Dhurandhar has consistently dominated the North American box office, outperforming several Hollywood releases. The film has maintained steady weekend collections of around USD 2.5 million. According to Box Office Mojo, Dhurandhar has amassed an estimated USD 12 million in total earnings in the overseas market so far.
Dhurandhar vs Avatar: Fire and Ash
During its third weekend, Dhurandhar comfortably outpaced Hollywood big-ticket release Avatar: Fire and Ash. While the Ranveer Singh-starrer raked in approximately ₹93 crore net over the weekend, Avatar: Fire and Ash managed an estimated ₹66.65 crore net in India, despite its wide multi-language release. This marks nearly a 50% decline compared to the opening weekend performance of its predecessor, Avatar: The Way of Water, which had recorded a pan-India opening weekend net of ₹126.20 crore. Currently, the James Cameron-directed film stands at an estimated gross total of ₹79.2 crore, as Dhurandhar continues to dominate box office counters with no signs of slowing down.
Dhurandhar Set to Become Highest Third-Week Grosser
Dhurandhar is now on the verge of creating history by registering the highest third-week collections of all time. Its third-weekend net collection has already surpassed the entire third-week net totals of all other Hindi films. At present, it trails only Pushpa 2: The Rule, which recorded ₹103 crore during its third week. Given the film’s sustained momentum, trade analysts believe Dhurandhar could surpass Pushpa 2: The Rule’s full third-week total as early as Monday.
Dhurandhar Set to Dominate the Christmas Box Office
Released without the advantage of a major holiday, Dhurandhar is expected to witness a significant boost in collections on Thursday owing to the Christmas holiday. While the film will face competition from the Kartik Aaryan–Ananya Panday starrer and Avatar: Fire and Ash, trade analysts believe it will maintain strong momentum at the ticket counters throughout the week. This sustained performance is likely to propel Dhurandhar into the elite ₹1,000 crore worldwide club.
The film also had the potential to emerge as Bollywood’s fastest ₹1,000 crore grosser, surpassing Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan, which achieved the milestone in just 18 days.
Dhurandhar Eyes Entry into the ₹2,000 Crore Club
Ranveer Singh is now tipped to become only the third actor, after Shah Rukh Khan and Prabhas, to enter the prestigious ₹2,000 crore club. With Dhurandhar 2 already on track for a March 2026 release, expectations are high. If the sequel also crosses the ₹1,000 crore mark, Ranveer could set a new benchmark by delivering two ₹1,000 crore grossers in the shortest span of time.
