ICICI Prudential AMC share price: Promoter Prudential Corporation Holdings made an offer for sale (OFS) of 4.90 crore shares during the ₹10,602.65 crore IPO, with a price range of ₹2,061 to ₹2,165 per share. The share price of ICICI Prudential AMC: On Monday, December 22, the second trading session following their listing on public exchanges, shares of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd. were trading in positive territory.
At 9:52 a.m., the stock was up 1.16% to ₹2,615.90 a share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The company’s market capitalization is ₹1,25,872.82 crore.
On December 19, the scrip made its NSE debut for ₹2,600 per unit, which was 20.09% more than the ₹2,165 IPO price.
It is up 20.82% from the issue price at the aforementioned price.
Following its listing, listed asset managers like Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC, HDFC AMC, Shriram AMC, Nippon Life India Asset Management, and UTI AMC joined ICICI Prudential AMC.
Additionally, it became the sixth company in the ICICI Group to go public, following ICICI Bank, ICICI Lombard, ICICI Prudential Life, and ICICI Securities.
Prudential Corporation Holdings, the promoter, made an offer for sale (OFS) of 4.90 crore shares for ₹10,602.65 crore, with a price range of ₹2,061 to ₹2,165 per share. Since there was no new issue component, the company will not receive any profits from the IPO.
“Our company expects that listing of the equity shares will enhance our visibility and brand image as well as provide a public market for the equity shares in India,” it stated.
With bids for 1,37,14,89,456 equity shares compared to 3,50,15,691 shares on sale, the initial public offering was subscribed for 39.17 times. The share designated for non-institutional investors (NIIs) was subscribed 22.04 times, while the portion earmarked for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was booked 123.87 times. Subscriptions for retail individual investors (RIIs) increased by 2.53 times.
With bids for 1,37,14,89,456 equity shares compared to 3,50,15,691 shares on sale, the initial public offering was subscribed for 39.17 times. The share designated for non-institutional investors (NIIs) was subscribed 22.04 times, while the portion earmarked for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was booked 123.87 times. Subscriptions for retail individual investors (RIIs) increased by 2.53 times.
Prior to the IPO, 149 prominent investors, including the Government of Singapore, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, JP Morgan Investment Management Inc., Goldman Sachs, LIC, Axis MF, HDFC MF, and SBI MF, contributed ₹3,021.8 crore to the AMC’s anchor round.
