The Indian Army has launched its 2025 recruitment drive, offering a golden opportunity for young Indians to serve the nation. The Agniveer Recruitment 2025, under the Agneepath scheme, closed applications on April 25, 2025, targeting 25,000 vacancies for roles like Agniveer General Duty, Technical, Clerk, Nursing Assistant, and Sepoy Pharma.
The selection process, including a Computer-Based Exam and Recruitment Rally (Physical, Medical, and Adaptability Tests), is underway, with written exams scheduled for June 2025. Eligible candidates aged 17.5–21 with qualifications from Class 8 to 12 can check updates on joinindianarmy.nic.in.
Beyond Agniveer, the Territorial Army Officer Recruitment 2025 opened applications on May 12, closing June 10, for 19 posts targeting employed graduates aged 18–42. The exam is set for July 20, 2025. Additionally, the 142nd Technical Graduate Course (TGC-142) for January 2026 offers 30 vacancies for engineering graduates, with applications open until May 29, 2025. The Remount and Veterinary Corps also invites veterinary graduates for 20 Short Service Commission roles, with a deadline of May 26, 2025.
