Mindskillz was born in 2008 out of a deep, personal conviction that human potential, when nurtured with care and guided through the right training, can lead to extraordinary transformation. After more than four decades in the training and organizational development field, I felt the time was right to create a space that blended behavioural science with the art of human connection.
That vision became Mindskillz an organization committed to unlocking the inner capabilities of people across industries and geographies. From humble beginnings to a robust network today of over 250 multilingual trainers & consultants across 33 cities in India, we now serve 60+ clients in diverse sectors including IT & ITes, Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, and Manufacturing.
What drives us is not just the pursuit of excellence it is the joy of enabling others to grow, evolve, and lead. My inspiration stemmed from a lifelong passion for facilitating growth, a deep curiosity about people, and an unwavering belief that real success is measured in lives touched. Mindskillz was my way of giving people the tools to reinvent themselves. This work has always felt more like a calling than a career.
Entrepreneurship, however, is never without challenges. Balancing personal responsibilities with the demands of scaling a business tested my endurance, discipline, and resolve. During moments of operational crises like last-minute trainer absences I often stepped in personally to ensure our clients experienced no disruption. The most trying period was the COVID-19 pandemic, when all in-person sessions halted. Rather than view it as a setback, we used it as an opportunity to innovate.
We rebuilt our website and online presence, launched the Learning Café a virtual leadership series and fully transitioned to digital delivery. These efforts were powered by our team’s adaptability and a shared belief in our mission. We didn’t just survive; we evolved. What differentiates Mindskillz is our commitment to personalized, innovation-driven learning. We don’t offer offthe-shelf content. Each intervention is crafted after in-depth analysis of behavioural, cognitive, and performance gaps.
From corporate training and executive coaching to leadership journeys and women-centric programs on inclusion and diversity, our solutions are immersive, impactful, and grounded in real-world application. A significant milestone has been the launch of C-FACTOR LEARNING, our AI-powered, gamified Learning Management System. It helps learners stay engaged beyond the classroom ensuring retention, behavioural change, and measurable outcomes.
Our use of tools like Kahoot and Mentimeter, along with storytelling, roleplays, and case-based learning, brings energy and interactivity to every session, whether virtual or in person. At Mindskillz, culture is everything. We’ve created a collaborative and empowering environment where creativity thrives and authenticity is celebrated. Our team is driven by empathy, integrity, continuous learning, and transformation values that define every aspect of how we operate. Our vision is to be a trusted growth partner for both individuals and organizations building future-ready professionals and progressive workplaces in an ever-changing world. Among my proudest achievements is our journey from a single-city presence to a national & Global footprint. But more than numbers, it’s the stories of transformation the lives we’ve touched that matter most. My own entrepreneurial journey has been defined by self-belief, passion, discipline, and resilience.
These are the pillars that sustained me, even during the most uncertain times. Beyond the boardroom, I find fulfilment in giving back. Inspired by Mother Teresa’s compassion, I contribute actively to NGOs such as Art Mantram Trust, which promotes art awareness and cultural development, and WOW Kitty Trust, which supports rural women entrepreneurs through skill-building and community initiatives. These causes align with my belief in giving back and fostering inclusive growth.
My personal rejuvenation comes from golf, reading, yoga, meditation, and travel activities that restore balance and keep my mind and spirit energized. To aspiring entrepreneurs, especially in the learning and development domain, I offer this advice: Let purpose be your anchor, stay resilient, and lead with authenticity. The road may be tough but the true reward lies in the growth and empowerment of others. At Mindskillz, we’re not just enhancing skills we’re igniting transformation.
