Actor Sachin Ganesh Chandwade of “Jamtara 2” committed suicide on October 23 on Bhai Dooj.
Sachin was preparing for the premiere of his new Marathi series, “Asurvan,” and was well-known for his role in the hit Netflix series. Additionally, he had just finished filming a movie called “Vishay Close,” which was scheduled for release shortly. Even though Sachin had a minor part, reviewers and viewers praised him for his genuine depiction and effortless on-screen persona.
The actor worked as a professional engineer for a private company in Pune. For the Diwali festivities, he traveled to his hometown of Undirkhede in Parola tehsil. According to reports, Bhai Dooj was discovered hanging in his chamber.
Reportedly, after his family came to know about the incident, he was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital in Parola. Later, doctors advised Sachin’s family to take him to Dhule. However, he died while undergoing treatment at a hospital in Dhule. After the post-mortem, his family conducted the last rites in their native village.
The 2020 series “Jamtara: Sabka Number Ayega,” which focused on a phishing scam, is followed by “Jamtara 2.” The group gets back together in the second season to support one of their own, Gudiya, in a crucial political contest against Brajesh Bhaan.
