You know what serves as the most significant aspect in this everexpanding web of commerce? Logistics companies! The logistics industry is the unseen artery that keeps business flowing as an enabler, quietly and efficiently ensuring that products travel across borders, cities, and towns to reach doorsteps and distribution centers alike. Our world is rapidly relying on one-click purchases and real-time deliveries, where the role of logistics has evolved from mere transport services.
Now, we can see this field stands for connectivity, technology, and precision. As the landscape is scaling with new advancements, Shipclues Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has emerged as a new-age courier aggregator and logistics service provider that grabbed our attention owing to its exemplary journey and dedication to making logistics a seamless and scalable process for everyone. The venture has truly redefined how Indian businesses approach shipping operations and the future experience for the same.
Under the aegis of its founder, Kaushal Kumar, the company projects a brighter future as it clubs technology with empathetic leadership in the industry. In talks with our team, Kaushal spilled the beans on some unknown aspect of the venture and the journey so far. This deep dive into his journey will offer you some food for thought and a distinct perspective on how the industry’s overall impact is being generated in this interconnected world.
THE COMPANY PROFILE
Shipclues Technologies began its entrepreneurial voyage in 2022. The inspiration that sparked its establishment was born out of a simple yet powerful idea to make logistics efficient and accessible. In just three years, the venture has been able to position itself as a promising player in the logistics space by serving over 210 active sellers and covering more than 27,000 pin codes across India. Curating a sound blend of empathy, customer-centricity, and tech-enabled processes, the company has been operating from its base with over 20 corporate professionals, projecting better growth for the coming times.
A GUIDING COMPASS
To prepare a brand for greater feats, one needs a compass that can guide its overall growth. For Shipclues, this comes in the form of their clear mission, vision, and values. With a simple mission to ensure accessible, efficient, and tech-driven logistics solutions, they support businesses and individuals to grow their e-commerce business across India. Kaushal claims that his venture stands true to the ethos of transparency and commitment to service. With a growth-oriented mindset, they are striving to emerge as the most trusted logistics leader offering scalable and sustainable services via continuous innovation.
A RESPONSE TO MARKET GAPS
We happened to ask Kaushal’s inspiration to start Shipclues. To this, he replied that the journey begins with firsthand insights into the challenges small and medium businesses face in logistics. He states that there has been a major boom in e-commerce in the past decade, with many opportunities emerging but also exposing inefficiencies in the conventional shipping infrastructure. The world demands quick commerce, especially for SMEs, struggling with high costs and a lack of integrations.
“We observed that many sellers, especially small businesses, didn’t have the technological support or partnerships to manage their shipping effectively,” says Kaushal. “We saw an opportunity to bridge this gap.”
The model Kaushal proposed is to make sure several courier services can come under one digital roof. This made Shipclues an allin-one courier aggregation platform. The company is now offering the merchants competitive pricing, end-to-end tracking, efficient courier allocation, and real-time analytics through clever tech integrations. All of this is efficiently done with a single, intuitive interface.
SETTING INDUSTRIAL BENCHMARKS
In a market teeming with courier aggregators, what makes Shipclues stand out? According to the company, it’s their techdriven service model and deep market understanding. Their platform offers a seamless experience across the shipping cycle, featuring automated value-added services (VAS), realtime parcel tracking, and dedicated 24-hour support to resolve escalations. Whether it’s a part-truckload, full-truckload, or single-package delivery, Shipclues is equipped to handle it efficiently.
“Our strength lies in our pan-India coverage, competitive pricing, and consistent seller support,” says Mohit Singh Bisht, Business Head, who oversees both B2B and B2C channels. Moreover, the company’s performance numbers speak volumes: a turnover of ₹15 crore in its second year, COD remittance crossing ₹356 million, and continued beta success in their new B2B logistics vertical handling 10+ tons already.
MARKETING WITH MEANING
Shipclues believes that visibility alone doesn’t drive growth— authenticity does. Their marketing approach reflects this ethos. The company relies heavily on digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, pushing customer-focused content and success stories. “We believe in meaningful engagement over flashy campaigns. Our existing customers are our biggest advocates, and word-of-mouth has played a crucial role in our journey,” shares the marketing team. This approach is supported by Meta Ads and a consistent brand voice that reflects the reliability, accessibility, and efficiency of their services.
MEETING CLIENT NEEDS WITH PRACTICAL TECH
Kaushal emphasised that the modern-day clients aren’t just looking for a partnership in commercial transport. They need solutions that are swift as well as equally reliable. Shipclues addresses these needs through a clean, intuitive seller panel with built-in analytics and performance dashboards. Their upcoming mobile application promises even greater accessibility for small sellers and large enterprises alike.
“We focus on building tech that people can actually use—not just sophisticated tools, but smart ones,” says Kaushal. Additionally, the company is exploring newer technologies that help streamline backend operations and improve user experience. Whether it’s smart allocation or automation in order processing, their systems are geared toward eliminating friction.

THE FUTURE PLANS
We questioned the future projection for Shipclues, to which Kaushal said that he has ambitious but achievable goals. The very first year was marked by a remarkable ₹4 crore turnover. In the second year, the revenue hit the mark of ₹ 15 crore. Now, Kaushal has set his sights on crossing ₹100 crore in combined B2B and B2C revenues by the end of the current fiscal year.
“We’ve tested the waters, we’ve built the base. Now, we’re ready to scale,” claims Kaushal. “Enhancing our B2B vertical, fortifying our part truck load and full truck load as well and starting with a volume of 100 tons from its 1st month of operations and forming additional strategic alliances to broaden our logistics network are on our bucket list for the coming year.”
ADVICE TO ASPIRING ENTREPRENEURS
For those aspiring to enter the logistics or service aggregation space, Kausha offers a piece of advice: “This industry is not for the faint-hearted. It’s service-driven, trust-based, and highly competitive. If you’re here just for margins, it won’t work. But if you’re committed to service quality, if you build your operations on transparency and invest in customer satisfaction, success will follow.”
He also stresses the importance of partnerships—be it with vendors, local players, or government initiatives. “No one grows alone in logistics. Collaboration and adaptability are key.”
