Bharti Airtel:
Singtel may offload a 0.8% stake worth about ₹10,300 crore at a floor price of ₹2,030 per share, according to CNBC-TV18 sources.
TVS Motor Company:
TVS has sold its stake in Roppen Transportation Services (Rapido) to Accel India VIII (Mauritius) and MIH Investments One BV for ₹288 crore.
Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL):
RVNL emerged as the lowest bidder for a ₹272 crore contract from Central Railway for a traction substation and related infrastructure works in Maharashtra.
