Chitradeep Banerjee, Managing Director and Chief Advisor
The man behind the brand, Mr Chitradeep Banerjee is an industry leader with extensive knowledge and experience in auditing various industries such as Power, Telecom, Engineering, Trading, Manufacturing, Institutions, FMCG, etc. He is a Lead Auditor and Certified Trainer and has conducted audits and trainings in over 10 nations around the world. In academics, Mr Banerjee holds a B.E. in Electronics along with M.Sc. in Environmental Science.

ValSys has been offering services in varied business fields for quality requirements, operating primarily in two verticals. The company offers end-to-end Quality Supervision, including inspection activities at the Manufacturing Unit, Project Site, Vendor Premises, and Supply Chain Activities.

The Genesis of ValSys
The two visionary leaders, Mr. Chitradeep Banerjee and late Mr. Gautam Basu, laid the foundation of ValSys in Kolkata to establish a national, work-friendly, and ethical engineering service company. (The idea struck their mind while returning from a client meet in Paradip, Odisha.)
Delivering quality services within a stipulated time was a major challenge in the B2B industry. It, directly impacts the final deliverables, i.e., the end quality of the product or service. Therefore, ValSys took a bold step at the initial stage by directly engaging on B2B platform, which was a significant transition from the general trend for a start-up. Thus, ValSys (Value System) came into existence and started its operation in full swing on November 1, 2018.
“In a short period, Conglomerates and MNCs have already shown their trust and confidence in us, and we are thankful for their continuous patronage and for being a part of the ValSys family,” explained Mr Banerjee.
ValSys boasts of a team of Degree Engineers, MBAs, and Mass Communication professionals who are technically competent in handling the entire responsibility from the back end to the front end. The engineers across the company have an average work experience of 15+ years. In a holistic view, they take pride in having more than 100+ years of collective experience with their advisors and various resources throughout the country.

Along with their Onsite regular Inspection they also can provide Remote Inspection as well as Remote Advisory Services through the effective use of audio-visual live streaming and real-time analysis and reporting with the use of MS Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, etc. without compromising on the deliverables.
There is a dedicated server that helps them retain every shared piece of information about the customer, viz., data, drawings, and the like. Additionally, they have a two-fold backup system with a record retention management of 3-5 years.
