How to Watch & Follow

Join us at 8 PM ET for live coverage and real-time results as SmackDown airs on USA Network.

For 32 years, I lived a half-life—a shadow, a shell of a person, a collection of interests disguised in a trench coat. The only thing that ever made sense was being a woman. No matter how hard they try, no one will ever take that from me.

So, if you’re where I was—facing long, dark nights of the soul, staring at the ceiling, desperate for certainty because the not knowing keeps you trapped—I tell you this:

Cis people don’t obsess over their gender. They don’t wish they were trans. They don’t accidentally collect an encyclopedic knowledge of the effects of hormone replacement therapy.

If you need permission, here it is—if you want to be a girl, be a girl. If you want to be a boy, be a boy. If your life exists between or outside genders, embrace it with both hands.

If I can do it, you can do it. I believe in you every step of the way.

The show kicks off with a recap of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s confrontation with Cody Rhodes last week, where he demanded Cody’s immortal soul.

Cody arrives at the arena and is led to a personal locker room—courtesy of the Final Boss himself.

Trish Stratus makes her entrance, thanking Lilian Garcia for the introduction. She jokes about what year it must be with The Rock around and her wrestling tomorrow. But she couldn’t imagine a better place than her hometown, Toronto. She acknowledges a fan’s dad for his old poster of her and shares that tomorrow will be the first time her children see her wrestle live.

Celebrating her 25th anniversary in wrestling, she’s thrilled to team up with someone dominating the women’s division—Tiffany Stratton, whom she introduces enthusiastically.

Tiffany Stratton enters, and they revel in their “Trishy Time” and “Tiffy Time,” showing off their matching Maple Leafs sweaters before throwing them into the crowd. They express confidence in their upcoming match against Candice LeRae and Nia Jax.

Enter Chelsea Green, flanked by Piper Niven. Green dismisses their moment as boring, declaring herself the rightful center of attention as the WWE Women’s United States Champion. She calls Canada a dump and says life only improved when she left. She takes pride in representing America because, according to her, Americans are better.

Stratton challenges her to a match. Green hesitates, citing vague “plans,” but Trish calls for Nick Aldis to send a referee. Despite Green’s protests, referee Ryan Tran rushes down, and we go to break.

Match: Chelsea Green vs. Tiffany Stratton

Back from commercial, the match is in progress. Green attempts a salute, but Stratton counters with a small package. Green executes a sliding reverse STO and locks in a rear chinlock. Stratton escapes, counters an inverted Alabama Slam, and dodges a double stomp. Green connects with a Rough Ryder—near fall!

A Killswitch attempt is reversed. Finlay Roll. Double stomp. Piper Niven pulls Green out, but Stratus intervenes, smashing Piper’s face into the apron. Then—Tiffany Stratton’s Senton Atomico wipes out the heels!

Back inside, Stratton sets up for a moonsault, but Candice LeRae and Nia Jax interfere, attacking Trish and Tiffany. The referee calls the match.

Winner: Tiffany Stratton by Disqualification.

The brawl continues. Trish recovers, and Tiffany helps take down Nia Jax. Candice is left laid out, but Jax rescues her before the moonsault can land.

A video package reveals Nick Aldis’ six-man, two-round tournament to determine the next #1 contender for the WWE United States Championship.

Backstage, Solo Sikoa meets Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga. Fatu insists last week’s incident was an accident. Solo acknowledges it but shifts focus to the tournament. He declares that the family must make a statement—by winning the U.S. Championship. He entrusts Jacob with running the play and proving his worth.

Andrade el Idolo makes his entrance as we head to another break.

Match: Andrade el Idolo vs. “Samoan Werewolf” Jacob Fatu (WWE United States Championship #1 Contender’s Tournament First Round Match)

The match begins with fierce chops in the corner. Andrade hits a diving crossbody, follows with a Frankensteiner to the floor, then a breathtaking moonsault over the ring post!

Back from commercial, Andrade fires up with a kip-up, but Fatu levels him with a lariat. A sidestepped hip attack leads to Andrade’s signature stutter moonsault—so close! Fatu retaliates, landing corner hip attacks, then connects with an Impaler.

Winner: Jacob Fatu by Pinfall (Double Jump Moonsault).

Tag Team Chaos Ensues

Earlier today, the Street Profits refused to apologize for their actions against Legado del Fantasma. Tensions rise backstage.

On the ramp, #DIY ambushes the Profits. Los Garza joins in, and the brawl escalates. Pretty Deadly arrives to settle their grudge, but chaos reigns as Motor City Machine Guns take down the tag champs. Security tries to restore order, but the camera pulls away as all-out war continues.

Drew McIntyre Confronts Cody Rhodes

McIntyre crosses paths with Cody Rhodes backstage. He acknowledges Cody’s dilemma and recalls their journey from the bottom of the card to the top. But he finds it curious that Rhodes didn’t immediately reject The Rock’s offer. Maybe, Drew suggests, Cody sold his soul a long time ago.

Hype Reel: John Cena’s Last Elimination Chamber Match

Drew McIntyre enters the ring, mocking Cena’s past and present self. Just as the tension builds, Damian Priest interrupts, ridiculing Drew’s constant complaints.

Seth Rollins joins the fray, calling them “morons” and declaring that this isn’t the same Seth Rollins from last year—none of them stand a chance.

Enter CM Punk. He cuts a fiery promo, promising that tomorrow, everyone will see Hell in a Cell CM Punk. Before the night ends, Logan Paul makes an unexpected appearance, mocking Cena’s absence and taking shots at everyone in the ring. Punk chases him out, setting the stage for a wild showdown.
