Chennai-born Pichai Sundararajan commonly known as Sundar Pichai took charge of Google’s parent Alphabet in December last year as co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin stepped down from the list. Pichai, who was named as Google CEO in the year 2015, continues to head the company in recent years like 2020. Pichai is a well-known alumnus of IIT-Kharagpur and he began his career as a materials engineer to join Google as a management executive in the yar 2004.
Satya Nadella (Microsoft)

Shantanu has been with Adobe since 1998 and he has named the COO (chief operating officer) in 2005 and then two years later become Indian origin CEO for American multinational computer software company.
Shantanu Narayen holds an undergraduate degree in the field of electronics engineering and a master’s degree in computer science from Bowling Green State University, Ohio.
Ajaypal Singh Banga (Mastercard)
Ajaypal Singh Banga aka Ajay Banga is president and chief executive officer of Mastercard and he is also a member of its board of directors. Mr. Sing is a co-founder of the Cyber Readiness Institute and the first vice-chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce. Arvind Krishna (IBM)
Arvind Krishna, who recently become a big tycoon of IBM is an IIT-Kanpur graduate and get this status by replacing Ginni Rometty as the Chief Executive Officer of International Business Machines Corp (IBM). He is one of the Indian born origin CEO who leads an American multinational information technology company.
Krishna, the 57-year-old currently heads IBM’s cloud and cognitive software unit with his vision. He also spearheaded the Red Hat deal, which took place last year in his vision. Arvind Krishna will finally be going take over as the company’s CEO on April 6 this year.
