Offering various scope of services that includes Temporary Staffing, Permanent Recruitments, Consultancy Services, Training and Development, CrescoHR is one of the integrated HR services providers, offering corporate customers and end to end solution.

As far as Staffing is concerned, it hires the people on the Company payroll and deputes them with its Clients as per their requirement. Statutory and administrative aspects are taken care of by CrescoHR and functionally these employees are monitored and controlled by the client. In recruitment, it hires the required skill as per the Job Description provided by the client for their permanent hiring.

It provides HR consultancy services to corporate clients including startups for setting up their HR Policies, procedures and also can function as a virtual HR Department. CrescoHR also provides services in Soft skill training. It provides services to IT and Non-IT clients across India.

We asked KK Ajayakumar, Director of the company, about the idea and conceptualization of the company. He says, “With my experience in the field of HR, I could realize the gap between the client and consultants and this thought of me to start a professional HR Consultancy firm.” It started in Sep 2013, as a proprietorship Company and then formed as a Private Limited Company in May 2015.

Serving multiple domains

It works with IT and Non-IT Companies alike. The clients include IT, Construction Equipment Manufacturing, Automobile, Engineering, Service Industry, Pharma, Electrical and Electronic Testing Labs, Pharma Equipment Manufacturers and various other Manufacturing and Service Sectors.

It always keeps its eyes and ears open to face any eventuality with a positive approach to accept change and innovation. It believes in a proactive approach, to avoid any last-minute surprises. It kills the problem before it arises and provides a proactive solution to the clients and employees so that they are capable of competing in the changing market.

Like in any other industry, the HR industry is also adapting various technology platforms to increase the efficiency of its internal customers (employees). As a consultancy, it too moves as per the changing situation to enhance its services to the clients and employees, who are deputed with the clients.
