Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta presented the Budget for the financial year 2025-26 in the Assembly on Tuesday. This marks the first budget by a BJP-led government in Delhi in 27 years. Rs. 500 Crore for Yamuna Cleanup: Delhi CM Rekha Gupta announced a ₹500 crore allocation for cleaning the Yamuna River. Efforts will include tapping drains flowing into the river and treating sewage through new infrastructure.
