The film centers on Ojas Gambheera (OG), a mafia lord who disappeared from Mumbai’s underworld ten years ago. Years later, he rose to prominence to exact revenge on rival criminal bosses. Pawan Kalyan, Emraan Hashmi, Priyanka Mohan, Arjun Das, Sriya Reddy, Prakash Raj, Shaan Kakkar, and Harish Uthaman all play important parts in They Call Him OG. Sujeeth is the director of They Call Him OG, while D. V. V. Danayya and Kalyan Dasari are the producers. Thaman S. is the composer of the music. Manoj Paramahamsa and Ravi K.
