Today, September 23, 2026, the Adroit Industries IPO opens for subscriptions, offering investors a three-day window for bidding. The book-built Adroit Industries IPO is valued at Rs 150.71 crore. The public offering consists of an offer for sale (OFS) of 13.50 lakh shares valued at Rs 18.09 crore and a new issuance of 98.97 lakh shares totalling Rs 132.62 crore.
Subscriptions for the IPO will be accepted from September 23 to September 25, 2026. The shares are slated to make their debut on the NSE and BSE on September 30, 2026, and the allocation is anticipated to be completed on September 28.
The price range for each share has been set by the corporation at Rs 126 to Rs 134. A minimum of 111 shares, or one IPO lot, are available for purchase. A retail investor must pay at least Rs 14,874 for one batch of 111 shares at the highest price band of Rs 134.

Adroit Industries IPO: Objects of the Issue
The Company plans to use the Net Proceeds from the Issue mainly for capital expenses and enhancing its manufacturing capabilities. Out of the total projected revenue of Rs 87.98 crore, Rs 19.91 crore is intended for acquiring machinery and equipment to improve operations at the Dewas facility, in addition to transport vehicles for moving goods between production sites.
Additionally, it is suggested that Rs 43.96 crore be allocated to the subsidiary, Adroit Driveshafts Private Limited, via debt, equity, or a mix of both, for capital expenditure at its Pithampur site and acquisition of transport vehicles. An additional Rs 24.12 crore is intended for the subsidiary to repay or prepay specific loans, while the remaining amount will be used for general corporate purposes.
Financial Performance
Adroit Industries (India) Ltd. announced a 5% rise in total income, growing from Rs 137 crore in FY25 to Rs 143 crore in FY26. The increase indicates a enhancement in the Company’s total revenue performance throughout the year. Profitability enhanced more rapidly, with profit after tax (PAT) rising by 44% from Rs 18 crore in FY25 to Rs 26 crore in FY26. This signifies enhanced bottom-line results in FY26.
