Accenture has acquired Hyderabad-based deep tech education leader TalentSprint from NSE Academy Ltd., a subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India, on April 23, 2025. This strategic move strengthens Accenture’s LearnVantage platform, designed to upskill and reskill workforces for an AI-driven future, aligning with its $1 billion investment in LearnVantage over three years.
Founded in 2009 by Santanu Paul, Madhumurty Ronanki, and J.A. Chowdary, TalentSprint delivers transformative learning programs in AI, data science, cybersecurity, chip design, and leadership through bootcamps, certifications, and e-degrees. Its partnerships with premier institutions like IITs, IIMs, and IIITs ensure industry-relevant, high-impact outcomes. Approximately 210 TalentSprint professionals, including leadership, will join Accenture LearnVantage, enhancing its ability to deliver university certifications and intensive bootcamps for enterprises and governments.
Kishore Durg, global lead of Accenture LearnVantage, stated, “TalentSprint’s focused learning programs provide a competitive edge, enabling us to meet clients’ demands for training in emerging technologies.” The acquisition complements Accenture’s prior investments in Udacity and Award Solutions, reinforcing its mission to create future-ready talent pools. NSE CEO Ashishkumar Chauhan noted the deal reflects NSE’s focus on core operations while highlighting TalentSprint’s exceptional quality.
With India’s demand for specialized tech skills soaring, this acquisition positions Accenture to empower organizations navigating digital transformation. TalentSprint’s revenue, which surged 40.8% to ₹100 crore in FY23, underscores its market strength. As Accenture integrates TalentSprint’s expertise, LearnVantage is set to redefine workforce transformation globally.
