Hurdles along the Way
Dr Menon has embarked on a journey marked by resilience, determination, and an unwavering commitment to engineering excellence. However, the road to success has not been without its obstacles. One of the most significant challenges he faced was being diagnosed with Grade 1 carcinoma. From 2013 to 2022, he served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for another company after resigning from his position at Aromen India. Unfortunately, due to his battle with cancer, he lost his job, which was an incredibly tough period in his life—both personally and professionally.
Despite these challenges, Dr Menon refused to let his circumstances define his future. Instead of giving up, he viewed this as a turning point to embark on his journey. In 2022, he founded his first company in the UAE, laying the groundwork for what would eventually become the Aromen Group. Through relentless effort and a clear vision, he went on to establish four more companies, expanding the organisation’s reach across multiple industries.
