“My path is marked by challenges that could have deterred even the strongest of people. But, my husband’s support and encouragement from family and friends kept me afloat. Though we have made many milestones building this business from scratch, there is a long way to go. In this journey, my spiritual compass and grounding have helped me to become an authentic leader and inspire people with compassion. About the venture Founded in 2018, ASMI Infinity Pvt. Ltd. emerges as a vibrant startup. The business is a living example of creativity, empowerment, and constructive development. Vanashree made the decision to launch her own company from the ground up following twenty years of a prosperous career in animation and graphic design. The goal was to support the aspirations of those Vanashree Naik CEO & Founder who want to study and transform their life in search of business success chances. Currently leading a group of very brilliant and skilled women professionals, Vanashree provides her staff with a life-changing opportunity to realize their aspirations.
Creative designs, e-learning solutions, website development, marketing videos and animations, branding and digital marketing, and concept illustrations and caricature creation are currently the main areas of focus. Thus far, they have handled many big projects with highly-satisfied clients in the field. Inspiration Behind ASMI Infinity The remarkable legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj serves as a major source of inspiration for Vanashree. Shivaji’s visionary concept of Swaraj( Self-Reliance) strongly aligns with her ideals and vision. According to Vanashree, “Swaraj” is a timeless ideal rather than just a historical idea; it is an exhortation to take control of one’s own life, promote independence, and empower others via self-determination.
Explaining her inspiration leading to the establishment of the company, she mentioned, “My deep admiration for Shivaji ignited my vision to build a company by mastering the traits like independence, creativity, and holistic well-being. I started this venture from scratch without any financial aid from anyone and made it self-reliant in a short span of time.
In this journey, my spiritual inclinations in the form of my ‘Guru’s’ guidance gave me the strength to take such a major step forward to establish ASMI Infinity.” Her husband has also been a sheer source of inspiration and constant support for her to become an independent and successful entrepreneur. In the future, she has envisioned establishing a self-reliant village where Shivaji’s vision of Swaraj would come to fruition.

“As a leader, I don’t just believe in ‘woman empowerment’. I believe in the empowerment of all human beings. My philosophy focuses on supporting those who need encouragement, regardless of gender. Women aren’t weak; we’re making waves across industries and carving out our space. So honestly, the whole gender-based debate? It’s time to retire that old conversation. We’re all here to rise together, and that’s what truly matters,” Vanashree asserted with a steady view with explaining about her leadership style.

AI posed a considerable threat to the business operations and overall revenue cycle. Vanashree and her team were determined not to give up in the face of AI’s problems, which caused some important business activities to be disrupted.
“Our business faced significant disruptions over the first six months, but eventually things settled down. Some clients misunderstood the function of AI in the process, which had an impact on the price and cost structures of our overall services. In response, we gave our team instructions to show how employing AI technologies for design development requires human mind and efforts.
Although this strategy was difficult at first, it ultimately helped our clients comprehend AI’s place in the sector,” Vanashree unfolded her strategy to deal with the AI’s disruption in the industry. “No matter how sophisticated AI gets, technology will never be able to fully replace the indispensable human element in our lives.”

It isn’t just a ritual but my secret weapon to get the best solutions to my problems. It helps me tackle unexpected challenges.
