Denta Water IPO Closes with Strong Subscription

The Denta Water IPO , which closed on January 24, 2025, saw an overwhelming subscription, primarily driven by non-institutional Investors (NIIs). The Rs. 220.5 crore IPO, consisting of 75 lakh fresh equity shares, opened for bidding on January 22, 2025. The offering received a massive response, with over 116.29 crore shares bid for, resulting in a subscription rate of 221.52 times the shares on offer.

Denta Water IPO Breakdown of Subscription Details:

  • Retail Category: 23.71 crore shares were bid for, against 26.25 lakh shares available, leading to a subscription rate of 90.33 times.
  • Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs): More than 57.04 crore shares were bid for, against 11.25 lakh shares reserved, resulting in an astonishing subscription rate of 507.05 times.
  • Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs): Applied for over 35.54 crore shares against 15 lakh shares, booking their quota nearly 237 times.

  1. Visit the issue registrar’s IPO allotment status page: Integrated Registry Management Services.
  2. Click on the “IPO allotment status” tab.
  3. Select “IPO” as the allotment option.
  4. Choose Denta Water and Infra Solutions as the company name.
  5. Enter your Application Number, PAN, or Client ID.
  6. Click on Submit.

On the NSE Website:

  1. Visit the NSE IPO allotment status page.
  2. Choose Equity & SME IPO bid details from the two options.
