Entering the Professional World
With a solid educational background, Nitin embarked on his professional career at Garware Paints Limited, a manufacturing company, as an IT Programmer. After five years, he switched to Otis Elevator Company (a manufacturing MNC company) as an IT Programmar/Analyst, where he worked for more than nine years where he was promoted to Asst. Mgr.-MIS before he moved to Datamatics Limited, taking the role of a Senior Project Manager.
Throughout his 25-year career, Nitin has held various positions, including programmer, systems analyst, assistant manager (MIS), senior project manager, senior business analyst, project quality manager, software quality assurance (SQA), and delivery alliance partner. He has experience in setting up a Project Management Office (PMO). He worked at numerous renowned IT firms like Datamatics Technologies, Siemens Information Systems Limited (MNC), Blue Star Infotech Limited and Zenith Infotech Ltd.

After a successful 25-year career in managing projects and performing business analysis, Nitin transitioned to sharing his expertise with others, becoming a renowned IT Corporate trainer. For over 18 years, he has conducted corporate training and public workshops, empowering 4000+ professionals in PMP, CAPM, PBA, CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 AGILE, Scrum, Agile and other specialised programs.
