How to Complete PNB Bank Online KYC: Step-by-Step Guide for Customers

PNB KYC Online: Punjab National Bank Urges Customers to Complete KYC by April 10

Punjab National Bank (PNB), one of the country’s leading public sector banks, has issued an important notification for its customers. As per the latest update, all account holders are required to complete their Know Your Customer (KYC) process by April 10, 2025. Customers can complete their KYC through both online and offline methods.

The bank has warned that failure to complete KYC may lead to restrictions on account transactions in the future.

How to Complete PNB KYC Offline Step by step

To complete the KYC process offline, customers need to visit their nearest PNB branch. Upon arrival, request a KYC form from the bank official, fill in the required details, and submit it along with valid identity and address proof documents.

Guide for PNB KYC Online

For those who prefer to update KYC online from the comfort of their homes, PNB offers a convenient process through its PNB One app.

Steps for PNB KYC via Mobile App:

  1. Download the PNB One app from the Google Play Store or App Store.
  2. Login using your credentials.
  3. Locate the KYC option in the menu.
  4. If your KYC is pending, click on the ‘KYC Update’ option.
  5. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
  6. Enter the OTP to verify, and your KYC will be successfully updated.

What If the KYC Option Is Not Visible in the App?

If you cannot find the KYC option in the app menu, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the search bar in the app.
  2. Type and search for ‘KYC’.
  3. Click on ‘Check KYC Status’.
  4. If it shows ‘Already KYC Complied’, your KYC is already complete.
  5. Otherwise, proceed to click ‘Update’ and follow the instructions.

How to Update PNB KYC via Website

You can also complete the KYC process through PNB’s official website:

  1. Go to the Retail Internet Banking login page and sign in.
  2. Navigate to Personal Settings and click on Check KYC Status.
  3. Fill in details such as address, annual income, and your Aadhaar number.
  4. You’ll receive an OTP on your Aadhaar-registered mobile number.
  5. Enter the OTP to complete your KYC process online.

PNB customers are advised to complete their KYC by April 10 to avoid service disruptions. With both online and offline options available, the process is now more accessible than ever.
