Kia Syros Price Range in India: Ex-Showroom Price Between ₹9-17 Lakh

Kia has introduced the kia syros price starting price of Rs 9 lakh (Ex-sh) in an effort to better influence the sub-4m SUV market. With a lot more equipment and creature comforts than its direct competitors, such as the Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV3XO, Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Venue, and Kia’s own Sonet, this luxury sub-4m SUV ranks above the Sonet and below the Seltos.

Launch of Kia Syros

The starting pricing of Rs 9 lakh (Ex-sh) sounds appealing given that the Kia Syros comes with a Turbo Petrol engine choice. It should be mentioned that Kia Syros’ trim range begins with HTK rather than HTE. For comparison, the Hyundai Venue 1.0L Turbo Petrol engine options start at Rs 10 lakh (Ex-sh), while the Kia Sonet HTK 1.0L Turbo Petrol engine options start at Rs 9.6 lakh (Ex-sh).

The HTK+ 7DCT version of the Turbo Petrol Automatic is priced at Rs 12.8 lakh (Ex-sh). The price of the HTK (O) 6MT diesel model starts at Rs 11 lakh (Ex-sh). The top-spec HTX+ 6AT version of the Diesel Automatic costs Rs 17 lakh (ex-sh). In the future, Kia will also introduce the X Line trim level, which is anticipated to be the new top-spec trim.

With its segment-best radar-based Level 2 ADAS suite, adaptive cruise control, six airbags as standard, 3-point seatbelts, and seatbelt reminders for every passenger, the Kia Syros is set to become the new standard in terms of safety. Other noteworthy safety features include 360-degree cameras and blindspot assistance with video feed projection on the instrument cluster.

The panoramic sunroof, sliding and reclining rear seats, front and rear ventilated seats for maximum comfort, generous headroom, a built-in air purifier with a display to monitor AQI levels, rear window shades, and a huge boot are just a few of the premium standout features.

Kia Syros also has a ton of technology. Along with more than 80 telematics functions, Kia Connect 2.0 offers even more extensive OTA updates that can change up to 16 controllers. A 12.3-inch infotainment display with wireless Apple CaraPlay and Android Auto, a 12.3-inch instrument cluster, and a 5-inch touchscreen for auto temperature control are all included in the 30-inch Trinity display.

Kia India’s statement

The demand for SUVs is growing in India, particularly among young, tech-savvy, and adventurous drivers who have higher expectations for their cars, according to Mr. Joonsu Cho, Chief Sales Officer, Kia India. Kia India is using innovation and customer-centric design to push the limits of what is feasible in the automobile industry in accordance with these changing tastes.

The Kia Syros, a new SUV species that combines cutting-edge technology, outstanding comfort, and striking appearance, is the next development in our lineup. Its interiors’ use of sustainable materials, which shows our dedication to a better future, is what makes it unique. In spite of this, the Kia Syros has a compelling value proposition, offering excellent features and unparalleled quality that speak to the needs today’s buyers.
