Live2.ai Raises ₹130 Cr To Scale AI Marketing SaaS Platform
Bengaluru, October 28: Live2.ai, an AI startup building tools for brand marketing, has raised ₹130 crore in a pre-Series B round led by IvyCap Ventures. The startup announced on October 27 that the round is worth about $14 million.
How the money will be used
The funds will go towards strengthening the AI platform and regional cloud infrastructure across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, and expanding go-to-market operations for enterprise and global consumer brands.
Part of the round is secondary
The round is not all fresh capital. It includes both primary funding for business expansion and a secondary component that gives liquidity to early-stage shareholders. Live2.ai has not disclosed the split between the two or its valuation.
What Live2.ai does
Live2.ai connects social intelligence with campaign execution and commerce activation. It was founded in 2024 by J Venkat, Neha Suyal and Yash Arora. Instead of only tracking what consumers say about a brand, the platform uses AI agents to act on it. It currently runs eight AI agents covering trend detection, crisis monitoring, campaign auditing and autonomous responses.
The Bengaluru-based company was incubated by listed firm Xelpmoc Design and Tech and operates under the entity name Woovly India Private Limited.
Growth so far
Live2.ai has quadrupled its revenue over the past year, with 90% of it coming from outside India. The company did not share absolute revenue figures in the reports reviewed.
Why it matters
The round shows investor interest in “agentic” AI tools that do more than analyse data, which is a crowded space for marketing tech. Brands also have to account for regional consumer behaviour, data protection rules and different social platforms when deploying AI marketing systems, which is one reason the company is building regional cloud infrastructure.
