Mark Zuckerberg Has Booted Out Musk As The Third Richest Person

In a turn of events, Mark Zuckerberg founder of Facebook, parent company Meta has surpassed Elon Musk as the third richest person. This is the first time since 2020, that Musk’s net worth has seen a substantial decrease of 48.4 billion dollars.
While Zuckerberg’s saw a massive increase of 58.9 billion dollars in his net worth. Now their net worths stands at $187 billion for Zuckerberg and $181 billion for Elon Musk.
Earlier this year Musk was the richest person on the Bloomberg’s Billionaires Index, this sudden fall can be due to Tesla’s and X (earlier Twitters) decreasing stake prices. Zuckerberg’s net worth saw an increase of $5.65 billion in the last month.
According to the Bloomberg’s Billionaires Index Jeff Bezos with a net worth of $207 billion has been replaced by Bernard Arnault as the richest person in the world with a net worth of $223 billion. Earlier, in the initial days of March, Arnault founder of LVMH was at the third position after Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk in the Billionaires Index.
In the India context Mukesh Ambani has managed to sustain his position, while Adani Group’s founder Gautam Adani rolled down to position from 12th to 14th.
