Seema embarked on her professional journey of outsourcing by working with a CA firm in Mumbai, where she managed their outsourcing division for a textile company client in California, assisting them in establishing a comprehensive system overhaul.
Gradually, the outsourcing business expanded into Toronto, Canada, marking the beginning of offshore services. As the Head of KPO for the offshoring clients, Seema became the face of the company. Her 20+ years of experience in this field gave her the courage to take over the offshoring and outsourcing business, which prioritized Quality, Accuracy, and Timely delivery while emphasizing the unique needs of each client
