Healthy Snacking Brand Troovy Bags ₹100 Cr To Expand Offline Presence, Enter New Categories
Gurugram, October 28: Troovy, a children’s food and snacking brand, has raised ₹100 crore in a Series B round to grow its manufacturing and offline retail reach. The round was led by Fireside Ventures, with participation from Sharrp Ventures and other investors.
Where the money will go
Troovy will use the funds for R&D, expanding manufacturing capacity and scaling distribution across quick commerce and offline channels, as it looks to launch a wide range of products. The company has already started building its offline distribution network, beginning with Delhi NCR and neighbouring areas.
Beyond snacks
Troovy is widening its range. Its portfolio already includes snacks, sauces, spreads and millet pasta, aimed at children and families.
“Build Together” model
The company says the proceeds will also help it accelerate its Build Together model. Co-founder and CBO Aditya Mukherjee described it as an approach that sets Troovy apart. He said the investment is a vote of confidence in building products with the people who will actually eat them. The company says it has engaged with over 100 mothers and their children through community discussions, recipe brainstorming and tastings.
Funding history
The latest round doubles what Troovy raised earlier this year, when it picked up $5 million (about Rs 45.8 crore) in a Series A in January 2026. Entrackr had reported in June that the company was looking to raise up to Rs 200 crore in its Series B.
Troovy has not disclosed its valuation, though estimates put it at around Rs 400 crore. Management has set a target of reaching ₹100 crore in annual revenue in the coming years.
Competitive market
Troovy competes with children’s food brands such as Slurrp Farm, Timios and The Mumum Co. The wider better-for-you category is also crowded, so building offline distribution without letting costs rise too fast will be a key test for the brand.
