Like any other profession, employment or business Legal arena also is subjected to and is affected by the changing trends and needs of the world brought out and promoted on account of over-all development. One has to be updated not only in matters of knowledge, but also with the requirements of society which the time demands. An outlook towards the changing trends can give a clear vision as to the needs of the market. Especially in the matter of advocacy, society is the laboratory so far as an advocate is concerned and obviously he has to have a spontaneous look at it in order to be good at profession.
Praising the staff unit, “My staffs very well know and understand our methods, motives and norms by which we mean to pursue the profession; and that obviously helps me a lot since they could well make out the object and reason of my commands. Procrastination is the thief of time. Getting done each day’s work without procrastination is very important. Likewise, we always keep a “to do list” for each day per person, which they have to clear-off by the end of the day. The office environment has to be kept friendly, amicably and thus comfortable for any person to render his/her maximum output,” said the founder R. Madhuraj.
Obstacles and Learning
“As I started as a junior lawyer in the career, it was one of the toughest situations wherein someone is really put to dilemma as what to do. The embracement caused due to the vastness and ignorance of the practice of profession as well as the inspiration sensed by the real scope of it – both had always created brain storming. It is only the presence of mind, patience, determined hard work and will power that made my venture successful,” exclaims Madhuraj.
So far as a lawyer is concerned, having a law degree doesn’t really make him “the advocate” instead it enable him only to be “a lawyer”. To be the real lawyer, one is supposed to nurture lot of personal qualities and abilities to make him a challenging and competent person. It is the power of a person’s character, attitude, integrity, will power and the like elements which raises his over-all quality and competence that could make him “the lawyer”. Of course, the skill and flexibility in English and regional language plays a very important role from the blooming stage. The strive to attain more and more perfection and excellence in the doing of the profession too is so important.
