Edaxis System is one of the most trusted manufacturing companies in India for providing innovative Teaching and Training audio visual Equipment and Accessories, DIY Security Systems and Solutions.
Ms. Pallavi says Edaxis is the right answer to the customized needs for all educational institutions and organizations where training and learning are the inseparable part of their existence.
Further adding Ms. Pallavi says that Edaxis System is a team of experts who possesses enormous experience in providing products and solutions to the Educational institutions, Corporate and Government organizations. HOW DO YOU FEEL THAT YOU ARE DIFFERENT FROM YOUR COMPETITORS?

The Clientele of the Company includes Educational Institutions, Training Centres, along with different Government departments like Railways, Defense, Public Sector, etc.
How do you ensure the ‘unshakable faith of your clients’? Our first and foremost motto is to ensure the best in class quality products and services to our clients which have become the latest market trend in the country. We believe that the quality speaks for itself and proudly claim that we don’t render cheap products to our precious customers. One can take the idea of the type of service provided by us from the instance that the projector installed in IIT Delhi in 2010 never entered our service center and is working quite well till this time.

We are trendsetters, not followers. You can take an instance from the fact that we are the first Company to launch an Interactive Projector in India in 2010.

Yes, we acknowledge the role of R&D in the growth of our company as today the technology is modifying at a fast pace. So, it is of utmost importance that we bring a touch of innovation to the ideas and features in our products fulfilling customer’s needs adequately.
DO YOU STILL COME BACK WITH THE SAME ZEAL, LIKE YOU DID WHEN YOU STARTED?
We are in love with our job and not for even a single day, we feel as if we are working hard to perform well. We are chasing what we dreamt of and are performing with the same zeal when we started. Our responsibilities as key officials increase many folds as we have to work for our people and keep their spirits high as well. It is our determination and passion that we are constantly engaged in the betterment of our organization and employees without being exhausted.
Considering your market, express your views on the future for entrepreneurs.
In today’s scenario, when the economy is not in good condition, there is the need to come up with cost-effective sustainable ideas based on quality. I believe that the future for entrepreneurs in manufacturing industries is very ravishing and promising.
APART FROM WORK, WHAT ELSE DO YOU LIKE TO SPEND YOUR TIME ON?
I am fond of traveling. I plan a trip here and there, whenever I get 3 to 4 days off from work. Most of my free time is claimed by my family and friends. I love to play with my four-month-old kitten, Jaguar, whenever I manage to steal some spare time out of other chores. I also like listening to music and baking as well.
EXPRESS YOUR INSIGHTS ON THE INITIATIVES MADE BY THE GOVERNMENT WITH RESPECT TO YOUR INDUSTRY AND HAS IT BEEN FAVORABLE TO YOUR COMPANY IN ANY POSSIBLE WAY?
The implementation of GST and the Government’s e-market have really been helpful for startups. The other schemes by the Government like MSMEs have been launched to support the startups which are some appreciable steps.
PLEASE ‘SHINE THE LIGHT’ ON THE MILESTONES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE COMPANY.
We started the company in 2006 with zero percent investment and till to this date, there have been no liabilities of the bank loans. I believe this, in itself, is a recognizable achievement. We are targeting to hit the mark of 15 Crores in the near future.
WHAT ARE THE FUTURE PROSPECTS OF THE COMPANY?
I believe that Edaxis System holds a bright future as we have sustained a fair share of ups and downs in past years and we are still standing firm in our respective market. Though we know that it is a start-up and it takes a lot of effort and time to get recognized at the National level, yet we are playing hard to achieve it in the shortest period of time.
LASTLY, WHAT MESSAGE WOULD YOU LIKE TO GIVE TO THE READERS OF BUSINESS CONNECT?
One must be self- confident and optimistic. We should chase our dreams with full dedication and determination. Never let someone judge you and be productive enough to shape your dream into a living reality by offering most of your time to it.
