Indian Pro Users Can Now Try Perplexity’s AI Browser ‘Comet
Indian Pro plan users may now access Perplexity’s AI browser Comet. Users will be able to exchange emails, schedule meetings, and make online purchases using it. According to CEO Aravind Srinivas’ LinkedIn post, the desktop version of the software has already debuted for macOS and Windows, but Android users may pre-order it via the Play Store.
The AI browser will be available to invite-only users who already registered for the waitlist in addition to Perplexity Max and Pro subscribers.
Comet was first made available to Perplexity Max subscribers only in July of this year.
Perplexity AI and Airtel teamed together a few months ago to provide a free one-year subscription to Perplexity Pro. Then, in August, the AI firm unveiled Comet Pro, a new tier that costs $5 per month for customers and involves revenue-sharing with participating publications.
