Alliance Eternis, in Borivali west, now has its Occupancy Certificate (OC), which is another important step in the company’s history of service. Alliance Vista in Vile Parle East is currently being handed over. The project was finished in about two years which shows that the company is committed to getting things done quickly. The project has nicely designed 2 and 4 BHK homes as well as modern features such as a terrace garden, a fully equipped gym and CCTV security.
At the same time, Alliance Abhimanyu and Alliance Sea Breeze are in the final stages of construction and nearing possession, while Alliance Kanchan Krupa has nearly RCC completion and is progressing steadily towards completion.
