INCEPTION STORY

To Nirmal and his company, Covid-19 brought growth in the real sense. He without a second thought, claims, “Being brutally honest, we had an enormous growth during the Covid-19 crisis. One of the major reasons is that we are into online business. Apart from this, to ensure the safety of our team members and their loved ones, we started working from home.
It was looked after that the team members enjoyed their personal time and worked only during the work hours. In fact, at times, there were situations when our people voluntarily worked extra hours and we forced them to log off and continue the work on the next day. All this attributed a lot in delivering quality bespoke outputs even during the crisis.”
MORNING QUIZ TO FRIYAYS
