He pursued his graduation in Mechanical Engineering and later on, aimed for an MBA in marketing and became successful in it. He is a Sloan fellow at the MIT School of Management.

The Road Ahead

We asked Satish to shed some light on the roadmap for Haier India for the upcoming years. To this, he responded that they are envisioning continued growth and market leadership. With plans to invest ₹800 crores in capacity expansion, the company aims to achieve a turnover of ₹11,500 crores by 2025, targeting 35% CAGR growth. “Our vision is to become the second-largest brand in India within five years, driven by innovation, customer focus, and sustainable growth,” declares Satish.
