OnePlus has reignited its T-series legacy with the launch of the OnePlus 13T in China on April 24, 2025, marking its return after a three-year hiatus. Unveiled as a compact flagship, the OnePlus 13T packs premium specifications into a sleek 6.32-inch frame, setting a new benchmark for small yet powerful smartphones.
OnePlus 13T Launched: Compact Powerhouse with Snapdragon 8 Elite and 6,260mAh Battery
Powered by Qualcomm’s cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage, the 13T delivers blazing-fast performance for gaming, multitasking, and AI-driven tasks. Its standout feature is the massive 6,260mAh silicon-carbon battery—larger than the OnePlus 13’s—supporting 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. Despite its compact size (150.81×71.70×8.15mm, 185g), OnePlus has incorporated a 4,400mm² vapor chamber for efficient thermal management, ensuring sustained performance.
The OnePlus 13T sports a 6.32-inch 1.5K flat OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2,400 nits peak brightness, and Dolby Vision support, offering vibrant visuals and smooth interactions. The camera setup includes a 50MP Sony IMX906 main sensor with OIS and a 50MP 2x telephoto lens, delivering crisp photos and 4x “lossless” zoom, alongside a 16MP front camera for selfies. Notably, the iconic Alert Slider has been replaced by a customizable “Shortcut Key,” allowing users to toggle sound profiles, launch apps, or trigger features like the flashlight or screenshots.
Running on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15, the OnePlus 13T offers a refined user experience with IP68/IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. Available in Morning Mist Grey, Heart Beating Pink, and Cloud Ink Black, the device starts at CNY 3,399 (₹39,820) for the 12GB/256GB variant, with the top-tier 16GB/1TB model priced at CNY 4,499 (₹52,700).
While currently launched in China, OnePlus has hinted at a global release, potentially as the OnePlus 13s in markets like India, where it could compete with the Samsung Galaxy S25 and Google Pixel 9. With pre-orders live and deliveries set to begin on April 30, the OnePlus 13T is poised to redefine the compact flagship segment.
