Miss India or Femina Miss India is India’s national beauty pageant that annually select representatives to compete in the Miss World – a major international beauty pageant. The Femina Miss India pageant is organised by a women’s magazine named Femina- published by The Times Group. This year the pageant concluded on 3^rd July in which Sini Shetty has been chosen Miss India 2022. The Pageant- Miss India 2022:

Sini Shetty was crowned Femina Miss India World in an event held at the Jio Convention Centre in Mumbai. As Sini Shetty stood winner of the title, Rupal Shekhawat from Rajasthan became first runner-up and Shinata Chauhan from Uttar Pradesh was named second runner-up.

Femina Miss India 2021 Manasa Varanasi passed the crown to Miss India 2022 Sini Shetty at the esteemed event. By winning this title she has added another gem to the state of Karnataka. Before her, there have been many beauties who come from the same state such as Lara Dutta, Sarah Jane Dias, Rekha Hande, Nafisa Joseph,n Lymaraina D’ Souza, and Sandhya Chib.

The Miss India jury panel included actors such as Neha Dhupia, Malaika Arora, Dino Morea, and lady cricketer Mithali Raj. Along with them Shiamak Davar, Rohit Gandhi, and Rahul Khanna were also a part of the panel. The news about the country’s new beauty queens was broken on the official Instagram account of Miss India which has 388K followers. The captions say, “Congratulations, Let’s pop the champagne!”

It further reads, “These ladies have powerful voices and we are sure that they are going to use this platform to further all the important causes that they believe in. We have seen the passion with which they have worked for these titles and we must say that they deserve every bit of this.” Congratulations ladies- it’s time to celebrate.

As per her beauty pageant’s bio, the clear-headed and wheatish complexion girl got her schooling from St Dominic Savio Vidhyalaya, Mumbai, and earned her bachelor degree from S. K. Somaiya Degree College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Vidhyavihar Mumbai. Currently, Ms. Shetty is pursuing a professional course Chartered Financial Analyst.

Apart from being a product executive, she considers herself as a professional dancer, actor, model, and content creator. Her interests include dancing, arts, community service, cooking, yoga, and travelling. Before becoming Femina Miss India World 2022, she has been crowned INIFD Miss Talented, Times Miss Body Beautiful. “Keep looking until you find it. She has always loved dancing and started it at the age of 4 and completed her Arangetram (the debut performance in Indian classical dance and music) in Bharatanatyam when she was fourteen. She has been brought up with a strong ambition to achieve success and become self-sufficient.

Sini is quite active on social media like Instagram and keeps sharing her stunning photos and well choreographed dance videos. She has 78.8k followers on her Instagram handle; Though, she is hardly active on LinkedIn and has not posted anything yet. Sini Shetty considers Miss World 2000 Priyanka Chopra her biggest muse.
