The “Speed-First” StrategyFounded in 2024 by Om Misra, Tapan Ranjan, and Harsh Garg, Spill Games isn’t just another studio trying to build the next blockbuster. Instead, they are doubling down on agility. The core of their strategy lies in their proprietary “Spillway” engine.
By using this in-house technology, the team can streamline everything from analytics and player retention to monetization and live operations. The result? They claim to launch games roughly 4x faster than traditional studios, allowing them to test market appetite with extreme efficiency.
What’s Next for the Team?
With five titles already live—including Cozy Finds, Sticker by Number, and Zen Math Crossword—the startup is showing real promise.
