Venera Software Pvt. Ltd. started its entrepreneurial journey 3 years back when three business enthusiasts joined hands to develop something out-of-the-box. Many times, we are in such circumstances where we need to track the whereabouts of our assets as well as the people we care about. Here, GPS trackers leveraging wireless technology can play a prominent role to ensure a sigh of relief to us, where real-time tracking is possible. Acknowledging this scenario, the trio decided to commence a venture and develop some extraordinary applications that can effectively address pain points as mentioned in the above premise.

This ingenious app, based on an advanced GPS Tracking system possesses features of seamless integration with Google maps. What it means is that it can ensure access to every G-map feature but also exempts features like- optimized speed notification and tracking performance even with the presence of excess network load and multiple concurrent connections, conceivable means of notifications such as SMS, E-mails, Web, Mobile and In-app notifications, and customisation notification content and type as per the client’s preference.
Unlike other players in the industry who are also providing basic tracking feature using GPS technology, these people envisaged that using GPS as a base layer, multiple advanced analytics and solutions can be provided over and above it, and therefore relishing the same have been able to successfully deploy some unique solutions for the Smart Cities in India.

He is adapt in managing and leading diverse team sizes, that range from 4 to 4000 over in his overall career journey. Apart from being an economics aficionado, he not just preaches, but also, practises the concept of ensuring happy and satisfied clientele as well as the workforce.
- Ankit Bajaj has a repute of being a thorough professional possessing dual qualifications of CA and CS. His expertise in the relevant domain has allowed him to excel in finance, management, auditing and advisory with some of the industry giants such as PwC and Axis Group, gaining 10 years of experience. Apart from this, he owns a well-acclaimed CA firm. With his considerable amount of experience in finance and management, he is steering the business at TraxSmart in the most sophisticated manner.
- Rhine B is known for his remarkable management competencies and economics acuity that have stimulated excellent results across various institutions and industries domain; wherever he offered his services. At Venera Software, Rhine has been entitled as the ‘Tech Guy’ who is always curious to be in ‘the know’ of the latest happenings across the tech world. His professional experience as a product manager for multiple MNCs like Cognizant, Vedantu, etc. has been useful to TraxSmart in every possible way. It is not his very first product development stint. Before TraxSmart, his core competence has ensured a firm establishment for Joharishop, helping it grow by leaps and bounds.

- System up-gradation to allow harmony with Big Data sync up and Advanced analytics
- Stretch a steadfast presence across their key markets to offer exceptional products across the Middle East and APAC regions.
