Pristine Technologies & Industries, a unit of Balasaria Agencies Pvt. Ltd is an ISO 9001:2015 and Government of India ZEDcertified company. They specialize in the manufacturing of rubberised cork and rubber gaskets, insulation pressboard and paper components for electrical transformers, as well as other oil-filled equipment and machineries. Their products are supplied to various Central Government of India organizations, State Electricity distribution and transmission companies, major Power Transformer manufacturers, and distribution transformer manufacturers across all states of India. Additionally, they export their products to countries including Bangladesh, Nepal, South Eastern, and Middle Eastern countries.
The company boasts a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spanning 25,000 square feet, located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. They also have a fully equipped Research and Development center dedicated to testing and developing new products in accordance with customer requirements.
Under the leadership of Mr Siddharth Balasaria, the Managing Director, Pristine Technologies and Industries is guided by a team of highly motivated and responsible professionals across all departments.

The Journey So Far
The group was founded by Late Shri Vinay Kumar Balasaria in 1976 and had its humble beginnings in Kolkata. Since then, the group has emerged as a leading supplier of raw materials to the electrical power and distribution transformer industry. It was the first channel partner of Raman Boards Ltd, now known as Hitachi Energy India Ltd, the foremost transformer insulation manufacturing company, when it was established in 1980. This partnership was facilitated through its firm Oriental Agencies, based in Kolkata.
As the business expanded, associate concerns were established. Oriental Agencies (M.P.) was founded in 1990 in Indore, while Sanwaria Enterprises was established in 2000 in Jaipur.
Pristine Technologies and Industries, established in 2010 as a manufacturing unit of Balasaria Agencies Pvt Ltd, specializes in producing raw materials for electrical equipment such as power and distribution transformers, panel boxes, circuit breakers, CT-PT, and meter boxes. Its product line is marketed under the registered brand name of VinCork.
Within the first three years of its establishment, Vincork products received approval from major electrical transformer manufacturers in India, including Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd (BHEL), in a single-shot process. Subsequently, the company gained approvals from various state and central government utilities such as Power Grid, JVVNL, PSPCL, UBHVN, BEST, and others. Currently, the company has a customer base of over 1000 regular clients.
The company cultivates a work culture based on trust, transparency, integrity, and accountability. Micromanagement is absent at every level, and accountability is established at the task level. Workflows define each process in the company, leaving no room for errors. Training and the practice of Kaizen, which involves making small regular improvements in all aspects, are deeply ingrained in the company’s culture.
They believe that leadership entails providing the correct vision and guiding the team to achieve it. It involves bringing out untapped qualities in team members and leading with integrity and accountability.
Regarding their current business, they view export markets as a key area for growth. Every year, they add new products to their portfolio and venture into new territories. With an exceptional customer retention record, each addition fuels exponential growth. Additionally, the company has launched a consultancy wing named Pristine Technocrats LLP, which provides technical consultancy in the field of polymer science, specifically rubber. This includes services such as new product development, factory setup, product upgrading, and testing lab setup. They also offer paid testing services through this firm to their customers.
Last year, the company made an investment in the high-growth electric vehicle (EV) segment through its subsidiary, Balasaria EV Systems LLP, located in Kolkata. The focus here is on the assembly and sales of electric two-wheelers and batteries. This segment is anticipated to have one of the highest growth potentials in the coming years for Pristine Technologies.
Awards and Milestones
Throughout its history, the company has achieved numerous milestones that have propelled it to its current position. Some of the notable recent achievements include:
• Successful development of rubber cork gaskets capable of withstanding a wide temperature range, from minus (-) 40 degrees Celsius to +120 degrees Celsius.
• Attaining UL approval for customers’ equipment that utilizes the company’s products, demonstrating their adherence to rigorous quality and safety standards.
• Receiving single-shot approval from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL) for the use of their rubber cork and NBR gaskets in 132 KV transformers and other related equipment.
• Maintaining a remarkable track record of zero quality rejections for their products over the past three years, highlighting their commitment to delivering consistently high-quality offerings.
