Global C, started in 2005, is a Project & Development Management Company based out of Gurgaon (Delhi NCR). They have PAN-India project experience and working associations in Spain & Maldives, with rich expertise in the management of all forms of Urban Infrastructure Projects.

The total project experience of Global C in terms of area covered is 60 million square feet and counting. Global C had a modest start to its journey, with initial projects being residential ones such as Group Housing and Multi-storied Integrated Townships; graduating to more diverse verticals with time. The organization now specializes in delivering strategic consulting services which involve Business Plan Formulation, Investment Strategy, Financial Modeling, Market Research, Land valuation. It also offers Structural Engineering and Software Solutions to help monitor the project on a day-to-day basis.
In their 14-year journey, they faced several issues, varying from delayed projects at times due to limited cash flow, land acquisition issues, change in project use or development and even Government policy change. In projects with cost constraints, they utilize cheaper services like Google Docs efficiently. The client(s) in general procure CAD and other drawing tools for document control and information retrieval at project-specific sites.
The most recent addition has been using Whatsapp Groups for delivery of daily project reports and key data in a Group in which Project Promoters & Directors are also added. For critical information or decisions, Whatsapp Groups act as efficient tools which even clients who keep busy or travel can utilize.
Further, ERP and utilization of efficient document control is an essential tool for any PMC Company of a Project Development Company. They have extended services purely for ERP and Procurement Management for large companies which may not require a regular project management team when engaging an EPC Contractor for large-scale Projects.
The market is diverse & complex. Global C has worked with a mindset of project delivery & efficiency as per good engineering & global practices in spite of erratic cash flows in projects. DEEPAK MOUDGIL, Ex-Director (Projects), Engineers India Limited, has over 45 years of experience covering the entire management chain from Marketing, Project Management, Procurement, Tendering & award of work, Costing, Planning, Construction Management, Technical Auditing, and Corporate Administration.
He has wide project management experience in infrastructure (airports, urban development, green buildings, highways, water, and waste management, etc.), refineries, petrochemicals, cross-country pipelines, gas processing, offshore platforms, terminals & storages, and non-ferrous metallurgy. He is recognized for sound, practical management style centered on impact-driven models and strategies and contributed in futuristic strategies of EIL diversification, corporate rolling plan, human resources planning.
GAURAV MOUDGIL, MS (SEMM, EPM) – UC Berkeley, B.E. (Civil), PEC, specializes in Engineering Project Management, Risk management & Structural Engineering. He introduced Web Collaboration and Building Information models in Global C. His experience in construction and real estate management is a combination of the company’s team of peers, hands-on project management and R&D management. At former Engineering Design Co – HCG, he worked within San Francisco.
AMAN MOUDGIL, B.E. – Hons (Computer Sc.), Punjab University, Chandigarh, specializes in Engineering Project Management and has executed several urban infrastructure developments. He has experience in managing technical businesses and is also responsible for new collaborations and ventures Global C intends to foray into in the near future. He is a key member of the development & presentation of project documentation, as is evident by his authorship in several international papers in journals and conference proceedings.
