IT Entrepreneurship journey that started in second wave of Covid, yet successful in 2 years!
In the era of the dreadful Covid wave, some real entrepreneurial journeys were initiated and one such journey was with Shiv and Reshmi. Post losing his job in the second wave of Covid, they got entangled into the rituals of marriage wherein both decided to start a new life filled with struggles and nuances. That’s how this Entrepreneural journey started and now has been awarded with multiple accolades including “2023 HR Generalist of the year” to “Best young minds in IT consulting”.
This journey has never been easy. There was no investors or venture capitalists. There were no loans from bank and no funding from any other sources. All were completely bootstrapped and there was a time wherein most savings have drained out and revenues were not as per standards. It was a blurry vision ahead and ends were not being met. But sheer perseverance and hard work day and night have helped this couple fight against all odds and now assisting customers around IT development, Digital Marketing and IT trainings and certifications to customers from more than 45 countries in the globe.
14 years of Shiv’s experience in the IT consulting domain as well as Reshmis sheer hard work day and night had led to achieving this unbelievable milestone. Today they are also associated with multiple NGOs in Gurugram and also contributes a great portion to the society. They say some break under pressure and some shines. This couple falls under the latter. Now they are handling a team of great people and the road is well ahead towards expansion and growth.
Shiv happens to the CEO to 2 organizations. Wherein one deals into IT development and the other deals into IT and Project Managment trainings in tie ups with the best institutes in India. Reshmi happens to be the Head of Sales. Both in combination to each other have now been mastering the industry. “There is no definition to excellence.
