In June, Maruti Suzuki dealerships’ Arena and Nexa portfolios will be discounted by up to ₹2.15 lakh. The premium Nexa series offers the largest incentives.
With perks of up to ₹2.15 lakh, including cash discounts, exchange and scrappage bonuses, loyalty rewards, and corporate deals, the Invicto MPV is at the top of the list. In addition to a free five-year extended warranty and road-tax exemptions of up to ₹1.85 lakh in some countries, the Grand Vitara strong hybrid offers perks of up to ₹90,000.
Discounts are smaller but still significant for Arena models. Benefits of up to ₹55,000 and ₹52,500 are available for the Brezza compact SUV and WagonR hatchback, respectively, while the entry-level hatch Alto K10 is discounted by up to ₹52,500. Benefits for the Swift include up to ₹45,000 for AGS (Auto Gear Shift) models and up to ₹40,000 for CNG and petrol manual versions.
Maruti is attempting to increase sales in the high-end MPV market, where competition has become more fierce, by offering the Invicto at a substantial discount. Significant deals are also available for other Nexa models. Discounts of up to ₹1.25 lakh are available for Delta petrol variants, while the Grand Vitara petrol variant offers savings of up to ₹1.35 lakh on specific trims. Benefits from the Delta and Zeta CNG models might reach ₹70,000.
Benefits for smaller Arena models, such the S-Presso, Celerio, and Eeco, can reach ₹37,500, while incentives for commercial machines sold under the Tour brand range from ₹25,000 to ₹70,000.
Interestingly, Maruti Suzuki has avoided giving discounts on some of its best-selling items. June saw no customer offers for the new Dzire and Ertiga, suggesting strong demand and less inventory pressure for both cars.
The Ignis is one of the hatchbacks with savings of up to ₹45,000 for AGS models and up to ₹40,000 for manual models. One of Maruti Suzuki’s best-selling high-end hatchbacks, the Baleno offers incentives of up to ₹40,000 for petrol vehicles and up to ₹35,000 for CNG models.
Discounts of up to ₹25,000 are available on turbo-petrol versions of the Fronx compact crossover, which has become one of Nexa’s volume drivers. Benefits for CNG and normally aspirated gasoline models are less, up to ₹15,000.
In the meantime, Jimny lifestyle off-roaders come with advantages of up to ₹45,000 for all models.
Maruti Suzuki offers advantages of up to ₹90,000 on mid-size SUVs like the Victoris. These include an institutional sales offer of ₹10,000, a loyalty reward of up to ₹60,000, and an exchange bonus of up to ₹50,000 or a scrappage incentive of ₹30,000.
The deals vary by version, fuel type, and client category and are only available on retail sales and registrations made in June.
