In the year 2008, Ms. Cavita Mehra laid the foundation of Mindskillz after having over thirty years of experience in the training field. As a veteran of the space, she saw the need for a platform dedicated to improving behavioral skills of human capital across organizational sectors. The main motive of the company is “to explore the talent & potential of people and try to be a catalyst in the success of every individual”.

Meet the woman behind this innovation

Cavita Mehra is the Principal founder and Managing Director of Mindskillz & comes with 30 years of rich experience in Corporate Behavioral Training. She is a graduate with English Honors & Psychology, diploma in Mass Communications & Fashion Designing. She has been a recipient of Women Leadership & Innovation award 2013, hosted by IWLF.

Speaker at and panelist at many Leadership Forms, ISBR for Discussion on Entrepreneurship, Logica, Neovette technologies, Forums like CWE, WILL Forum, Dun Bradstreet. Featured in Silicon India as 10 most promising Personality Development Institutes and covered in the CEO’s magazine as one of the fastest growing CEO’s in 2018.

Cavita’s biggest contentment is from her dedication and selfless interest to work for the community and support the progress of women and the under privileged. She plays a key role in Mantram Art and volunteers for the Civil Defence Citizen’s Army as Divisional Warden. She is an avid reader, golfer and finds immense serenity in yoga and meditation. Cavita, a personification of what innovation means to building skills and lives. A name that is synonymous to what women can do to the society around them.
