THE STORY OF INCEPTION
TIGI HR was started from scratch with a small office and an equal amount of investment from their own pockets. Mr. Dax Bamania (CEO & Founder) as a business consultant found that the biggest challenge for most of the companies was recruitment. The companies were not able to find relevant talent according to their deadline. Hence he started a recruitment company together with Mr. Dave and Mr. Solanki, because they understood that hiring the right talent can be painful for any organization. The ultimate aim was to understand the deadline and urgency of clients and be committed to fulfill their requirement as quickly as possible.
They started building a team of recruiters with tactical expertise and came up with another office in Gandhinagar in early 2019.
Today, the company has expanded its limits and works with many premium clients like Byjus, Justdial, Kotak, HDFC and so on. They hold specialization in Leadership (CXO) & Permanent hiring, having the expertise through their work in domains like IT, Manufacturing, BFSI and Pharma etc.
