There’s a saying, “Human resources are like natural resources; they are often buried deep you have to go looking for them. They are not just lying around on the surface. You have to create the circumstances where they show themselves,” and that’s exactly what HR executives and the ventures scattered in the particular realm do! Indeed, Human resources are the need of the hour and so is its proper management.

COMPANY PREFACE
Giving a detailed introduction of the company, Mr. Vipin asserts, “Trans India Business Solutions Pvt. is a premium Consultancy company focusing on HR Transformation, Learning & Development Solutions, Leadership & Executive Hiring, Industrial Relations and overall development of human resources for the growth of the organizations and also in Global Sourcing, Supply Chain, Components for High-Speed Internet/Broadband, Industrial products, and manufacturing of components for natural gas, water management, etc.
At present, we are preferred partners with many MNCs and Indian corporates on a long-term basis and provide various services on a sustainable basis. Moreover, Vipin Ghate possesses a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management in 1984 and a Graduation in Law in 1987 from SavitribaiPhule Pune University ( earlier known as the University of Pune). He started his career in HR in 1984 and worked with IPCL, IBP-BalmerLawrie Group, Lloyds Group, and in leadership roles with giants like Trenton Group, Suzlon, Kalyani Group as Head-HR and lastly with a US giant Lear Corporation in the capacity of Director-HR heading India HR.”
He further adds, “Vipin had a dream to become first generation entrepreneur in his family and had decided to start a business venture at the age of 50 years wherein he still had 10 years to retire from his corporate job. To fulfill his dream, he decided to leave a high-profile corporate leadership role and started a company known as TRANS INDIA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. in 2012. Rajiv Lal, His friend, Director, and another corporate leader with a background in Engineering (BE-Mechanical) and MBA (Finance) also joined him since the inception of the Company.”
EDGE IN THE REALM
“Frankly speaking, since the inception of the company in 2012, we have never focused on marketing strategy in service. Having worked for 30 years in various segments and with the wide personal network at the leadership level, we have been always overloaded with various kinds of assignments. Many of our clients are still associated with us since inception and the new companies approach us either through references or mouth publicity. More lightly, I would say – “SIRF NAM HI KAFI HAI.”
Also, in a business like a consultancy, the competitive advantage always lies in your personage, expertise, and quick understanding expectations and priorities of the clients. In nutshell, it is a BRAIN GAME that is not documented anywhere. Hence it cannot be copied and is what sets our company apart from its competitors, in the eyes of its consumers. This allows us to achieve and maintain superior margins, a better growth profile, and greater loyalty among our current customers.”- Mr. Vipin Ghate.
Today, the country has many individual Consultants and Consultancy Companies that are available to offer their services to gain business. The team positively takes this but is not scared of peers as there are many opportunities in the country. With its established credentials in the last 12 years in the market, the company satisfied clients do not wish to take a chance to try out with peers. The main reasons are sustainable strategic alliance, differentiation in approach, cost leadership, and focused advantage.
PARTING WORDS
Before signing off, the visionary shared a few words of wisdom for our exclusive readers by quoting, “Every company looks for expansion & growth in terms of revenue. Our dream is to provide consulting services across cross-border by setting up synergy offices. To begin with, we have already tied up with a senior consultant from Germany and have set up an office in Stuttgart to provide ONE-STOP HR solutions. We have a very ambitious growth plan to venture into other areas of consulting for which the discussions are on.
All consulting businesses are purely knowledge-based. My message to aspiring entrepreneurs is to gain appropriate expertise, dream big, take risks, and grab the opportunities that are available in the country. The business scenario will be erratic, and the ups & downs situation will exist but, hard work, constant efforts, and sustained quality of service will make your business successful.”
